Effective October 23, 2026

What we collect and why
We collect the contact information, real estate preferences, property information, questions and communication choices you submit to our share-link and agent inquiry forms. We retain submission times, source pages, campaign attribution where provided, and the version and wording of your authorization. We use these records to respond, arrange real estate services, assign inquiries, measure campaign sources and maintain permission records. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, credit reports or private student records in these forms.
Who can receive your inquiry
Authorized MODR staff and assigned MODR agents acting on the brokerage’s behalf can access inquiries to provide real estate assistance. MODR may assign or reassign an inquiry internally. Service providers supporting our hosting, CRM, email and communications may process information for these services. We may disclose information as legally required or to protect rights and security.
We do not sell lead contact lists to unrelated businesses. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing; providers supporting delivery may process them on our behalf. A real estate inquiry does not automatically authorize Mortgage Maven or another lender or vendor to market to you. Any requested outside introduction requires separate permission identifying its recipient.
Your contact choices
The combined marketing authorization is optional and starts unchecked. You may submit a request without enrolling in ongoing marketing. If selected, the authorization covers the described real estate marketing using the contact details you provided. Permission continues until withdrawn or otherwise invalid. We may respond to your specific request as permitted by law even if you do not choose ongoing marketing.
Reply STOP to end marketing texts or HELP for assistance. Unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails, tell the caller, or call 346-657-2727 to withdraw permission for any or all channels. We honor reasonable opt-out requests and process them promptly within applicable deadlines. Necessary nonmarketing service communications may continue where lawful. See our SMS Terms.
Retention, security and requests
We retain information as reasonably necessary for the requested services, our relationship, and legal and compliance recordkeeping. Limited consent and suppression records may remain after an opt-out to document permission history and prevent further marketing. Retaining a record does not authorize marketing. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system guarantees absolute security.
Call 346-657-2727 to request access, correction, deletion, or to exercise privacy rights available under applicable law, including advertising-related opt-outs where applicable. We may verify your identity and explain any lawful limits. Where an appeal is available, call the same number and request a privacy appeal. Texas consumers may contact the Texas Attorney General regarding an unresolved applicable appeal. Our lead forms are intended for adults; contact us if a child submitted information.
Website activity and external services
Source and advertising identifiers included with a visit may be retained for attribution. Our hosting and technology providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. External platforms and linked websites have their own privacy practices. This notice covers forms linking to it; school volunteer publication remains subject to its separate choices and school privacy notice.
We may update this notice and its effective date as practices change. Return to MODR Opportunities
